Chaucer Court’s community offers 83 studio, one-bedroom, and mobility impaired apartments for low income seniors and people with disabilities. Our apartments come with fully equipped kitchens and the approximate living space is 300-452 square feet for studios, and 370-525 square feet for one-bedrooms, and laundry facilities are located in the building. For those that qualify, Federal Rent Subsidies are available and Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income.
