Chaucer Court Apartments are located in the boundaries of the Portland Downtown Neighborhood Association, one of Portland’s oldest neighborhood associations, formed in 1977 to improve the livability of the central city. We are also part of the Neighbors West-Northwest, a coalition representing 8 Northwest and 4 Southwest Neighborhood Associations that includes one of Portland’s most varied sections.
